Uses of spreadsheet software

A spread sheet is used for a variety of things, spread sheets allows you to enter data in columns and rows in these columns and rows you can enter data such as number, text, date and charts spread sheets can create formulas and can add up basic sums, spread sheets can also calculate new values based on a data. Spread sheets can make ideal business tools as they offer an easy way of producing accounts, sales analysis, stock analysis, product lists and much more also when using a spread sheet you can change the data to give reports in various different ways shown as a table as a graph.
